The accelerator has been deployed in bank institutions, to help the identification of segments of customers with similar financial behaviors, or segments with similar profile risk. For instance, “young monetic-users” (customer that pays always with credit or debit cards), “investors”, “old traditional” (old people that always pay cash) etc. In the retail sector (traditional and e-commerce) it has been used to enhance RFM analysis, grouping customers according to their purchase frequency, recency, and the monetary amount spent. A Markov transition matrix shows the flows of customers between segments after, for instance, a marketing campaign, ad allows to evaluate its impact.
